Nuralyn LLC ("Nuralyn," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Frequency mobile application and website located at readmyfrequency.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.
By using Frequency, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
a. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are securely hashed and managed by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never have access to your plaintext password.
b. Text You Submit for Analysis
When you use Frequency to analyze text, the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI service (DeepSeek) for real-time processing. We do not store, log, or retain the text you submit. Once the analysis is returned to you, the submitted text is discarded and is not saved on our servers.
c. Subscription & Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
d. Usage Data
We use Netlify Analytics, a server-side analytics service that does not use cookies or client-side tracking. It collects aggregate data such as page views, bandwidth usage, and top-visited pages. This data is not personally identifiable and cannot be used to track individual users.
e. Local Device Data
We use your browser's local storage to keep track of your free analysis count. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Process your text submissions for emotional spectrum analysis
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Monitor aggregate usage to improve performance and reliability
- Communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate Frequency. These providers may process limited data on our behalf:

- Google Fonts — Font delivery. Google may collect your IP address when fonts are loaded. Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
Account data (email address and authentication credentials) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
Submitted text is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. No analysis history is maintained.
Payment records are maintained by Stripe in accordance with their retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and limited access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Portability — Request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of Consent — Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, where consent is the legal basis.

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@nuralyn.com from the email address associated with your account. Upon verification, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Frequency is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nuralyn.com.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
9. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
